Team China claimed the 3vs3 Mix Breaking World Championship title on home ground in Chengdu, defeating the Dancing for Love crew in a final shaped by precision and a rare family duel.

The clash unfolded on 13 September before over a thousand fans. The final sparked immediate drama when B-Girl Royal went head-to-head against her own sister, who was competing for the Dancing for Love formation.

X-Rain, Royal and Jason responded with the tightest, most cohesive routines of the competition. Their veteran leadership and clean transitions proved decisive, carrying them past their compatriots and earning Team Ukraine 1 the bronze medal.

A third world title for Royal

Royal, aged 17, has now completed a historic sweep across three global stages. She won the Asian Championship in 2025, the World Championship adult title in Fukuoka, and now the 3vs3 crown in Chengdu, becoming the most decorated WDSF athlete in a single year.

The victory extended a dominant run that also includes the World Games 2025 gold in Chengdu and the Youth world title in Porto. Speaking about her approach, Royal told reporters, "We need to practice with self-discipline like athletes, but our brains need to think like artists."

Four of the five finalist crews were Chinese, with Bomb Nova placing fourth and XC-Evanescent fifth. The weekend also served as a milestone two months ahead of the Youth Olympic Games Dakar 2026.
