Kelly Slater turned pro in 1990 and won his first world title at 20 in 1992, then five straight from 1994-1998. After a brief retirement he returned to claim further titles through 2011, finishing with a record 11. In 2022 he won the Billabong Pro Pipeline days before turning 50 — the oldest Championship Tour event winner ever.
