Al-Tikriti Wins Iraq's First IFMA World Title at 81 kg

On 25 June 2026 became IFMA Muay Thai World Champion at 81 kg in Kuala Lumpur, winning the final 30-27 against a Russian opponent. En route: a quarterfinal KO (Brazil) and a 29-28 semifinal decision (Ukraine). First major IFMA World title for Iraq; he had already won Asian gold in 2025 (Hanoi, 81 kg).
