About Tony

Tony Hawk turned pro at 14 and dominated vert skateboarding through the 1980s and early 1990s, winning 73 of 103 contests and twelve consecutive national vert titles. His first 900 at the 1999 X Games is the most famous single trick in skateboarding history. He is credited with inventing 89 tricks and now runs the Skatepark Project.
