About Femke

Femke Bol is a Dutch track and field athlete who dominated the women's 400m hurdles for half a decade, winning back-to-back world titles in 2023 and 2025 and an Olympic gold as part of the Netherlands' mixed relay team in Paris. She also holds the world indoor record for the flat 400m at 49.17 seconds. In late 2025 she announced a career pivot to the 800m with an eye on the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
